Several colleagues will be considered for promotion and/or tenure in the near future. This will require a significant effort from the senior faculty (Tenured and Senior Lecturers), the only eligible people to be in a DEC. We will discuss the nuances in the Provost’s guidance and highlight some of the challenges to get things done on time. Also, we will talk about what happens after DDM faculty votes and the case is evaluated at the NPS level.
