If you're experiencing trouble with an AV system anywhere on campus, please call 831-656-6911 right away. Don't wait! For the vast majority of calls, we're able to resolve the trouble within a few minutes of arrival.

Who We Are

The Audiovisual (AV) Services office is a proud member of the ITACS Educational Technologies team, and serves the faculty, students and staff at the 黑料吃瓜网, as well as Naval Support Activity Monterey, their tenant commands, and affiliated organizations.

AV Services supports and maintains all installed audiovisual equipment in more than 110 learning spaces and meeting rooms across campus; our managed equipment includes all control and switching systems, projectors, microphones, amplifiers, speakers, and projection screens. This includes the AV systems in Glasgow 102 auditorium, Ingersoll 122 auditorium, Mechanical Engineers Auditorium, King Hall, the Barbara McNitt Ballroom, the Executive Briefing Center, and the Elster Conference Room.

AV Services also provides a myriad of portable equipment for NPS-supported ad hoc events, including LCD projectors and screens, podiums with microphones, wireless microphones and sound systems.

Submitting Audiovisual Requests

To request AV support for your event, please fill out the form.

When noting the Start Time, please be precise. What we mean by this is we want the time your opening remarks or first presentation begins. Please do not state a time you want us to show up; we base our setup/arrival times based on a number of factors, which includes the start times of all events we're supporting on any given day.
