Overview
Kristen Fletcher has over 25 years of research, teaching and collaboration in energy, environmental, ocean and coastal law and policy. Her focus areas are energy security and law and policy related to uncrewed systems. Projects include research on naval energy security and resilience, security implications of international litigation, and co-leading stakeholder short courses.
